this unit is best suited for 24 adults (max) and 8 kids The base rate covers up to 24 guests. You may have up to 8 more, (32 total guests) but guest fees will apply and 24 is the max number of adults. For weddings and events, a minimum of $7,500 surcharge will apply. There are two other queen size bedrooms in the newly remodeled downstairs area.
